Steve serves as lead pastor at Bayside Community Church, Homebush Bay, which he planted with a small team in his home in 2000. He is also part time faculty at Morling College where he serves in the Tinsley Institute, teaching, mentoring and facilitating in the area of church planting. He chairs the denomination’s Newstart Church Planting Taskforce and the Evangelism & Church Development Taskforce. Steve is married to Louise and they have 3 children. He is passionate about churches being all God intended them to be and the multiplication of new churches as a key part of the church’s mission mandate.
