Graham joined the Morling College faculty in 2007 as Lecturer in Pastoral and Practical Studies, the Director of the Centre for Leadership, the Director of Supervised Field Education, and the Coordinator of Postgraduate Coursework degrees. Before coming to Morling, Graham lectured in Culture, Mission and Youth at Burleigh College in South Australia, and has also served as the Director of Baptist Youth Ministries in Western Australia. Graham has decades of experience in local church leadership, including church planting, youth ministry, being an associate pastor of a large growing congregation, and coaching pastors and planters of missional experiments.
