Gayle has a Masters Degree in Counselling, a diploma of welfare, a graduate diploma in Vocational Education and Training and is an accredited member of N.A.L.A.G (registered Grief and Loss Counsellor/Educator), PACFA and CCAA. She has been on staff at Wodonga District Baptist Church for 7 years and was called as an Associate Pastor in Pastoral Care and Counselling four years ago. Gayle's role is to coordinate the pastoral needs of the church, as well as teaching and development of programs to enhance personal transformation. Gayle has worked previously in community development programs for the Brotherhood of St Lawrence, in community development for the AWDC and as an educator/counsellor in Palliative Care. Gayle is passionate about the role the local church has in healing and transformation of people and communities. Gayle is married to Warren and they have two children, Jordan and Courtney.
