Prayer is a vital part of our relationship with God and with each other. Revive is built on a foundation of prayer and we would love for you to be a part of that foundation. If you would like to partner with Revive in prayer this year, please contact Pete Davies for more information.

Prayer Chair

Each year we add a new dimension to the Prayer ministry of Revive. Last  year it was the highly successful Prayer Wall. Keep an eye out for that again this year!

The new thing to look for this year will be a roving "Prayer Chair". Yes we will be taking a large chair that people can sit on to indicate they would appreciate some prayer. Those people will be prayed for by a few people from the Revive Prayer Team. This is a great way to keep prayer in the spotlight and offer a blessing to those who attend Revive in 2013.

Crafted Prayer

Crafted Prayer is simply a written prayer that has been prayed over until you are convinced it is the prayer that God would have you pray for a certain situation. Below is the prayer that has been crafted around the dreams God has laid upon the hearts of the organisers of Revive. Can I invite you to join with numerous others as we pray this prayer regularly for Revive.

 

Our prayer for Revive:

Lord,

We pray that you would use Revive to inspire a new generation of pastors and Christian leaders to mobilise and lead the gospel charge in and through our Baptist churches to impact our nation for Jesus.

Bring refreshment and energy to our people.

Open our eyes to what is happening through our movement of churches.

May we be a people united not by a common name but by a common commitment to the mission of Jesus.

Help us Lord, we are in desperate need of your Spirit's empowering and anointing.
Amen.
